Founded by people with deep personal experience of the immigrant path.
A lifelong commitment to give back to this great nation.
Providing a beacon of justice in Staten Island, NY.
We come from immigrant backgrounds, so we know firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate the uncertainties of a new culture, language, and complex legal landscape. Throughout our families' paths, we built a profound appreciation for this country—a land of opportunity, diversity, and promise—and the resilient immigrant communities that enrich its neighborhoods.
Now, our goal is to give back to the country and the community that welcomed us. Summit Link Justice Inc. was established on Staten Island because we understand how vital accessible and affordable support is.
"The road may seem steep, but every summit starts with a connection. We intend to be that link for families when authorized to practice."
To guarantee we offer help of the highest integrity and legal security, we are currently structuring our operations to fulfill the requirements for DOJ Recognition and Accreditation. This rigorous process ensures our future staff are certified, verified, and federally permitted to counsel our neighbors under supervision.
To practice lawfully under immigration regulations, we follow a rigorous certification timeline. Learn about the phases we are systematically undertaking.
